Cat6FTP network installation at MCC Label Cwmbran. 

Cat6FTP network installation fully underway….this has to be within the top 10 of the most awkward cabling environments that we have ever worked in. 

On this project Twisted Pair Technologies Ltd were tasked with the installation of 60 x Cat6FTP Network outlets and some low voltage power cables presented as pretty much 2 connections to each printing press. Some locations of the required network outlets were extremely difficult to cable and required precision driving of the cherry picker within close proximity of expensive printing machinery. 

Disruption has been minimised for our customer by carefully planning press shut down time while we work near to or over the top of the printing machinery along with remaining fully on track with the schedule of works. 

Our best friend during this installation was our incredible MEWP! The Toucan 12e plus from GTAccess platforms, we highly recommend this machine if you need a small base footprint with decent height, boom reach and battery life! 

Oh and it also helps to have a great team of network engineers that no exactly what they are doing, make safety the number one priority and take pride in the job….. Great work chaps.
